We are excited to announce that the schedule for the 2026 Bash Championships has been released and is now available on Tourney Machine (Sports Engine). If you have any trouble accessing the schedule, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that minor schedule adjustments may still occur as we finalize any remaining team requests.

This year's event will be played across three parks in the South Bend area and will feature teams from Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Canada. We are looking forward to an outstanding weekend of competition.

Please have your team ready to begin the first game of the day 15 minutes early and all subsequent games 30 minutes early.

The spectator entrance fee is $25 per vehicle for a weekend pass, valid at all tournament parks.

Please note:

• The fee applies regardless of where spectators park.
• Parking on nearby streets does not exempt spectators from the entrance fee.
• Lost passes, photographs of passes, or duplicate passes will not be accepted.
• Each team will receive two coach parking passes.
• Credit cards will be accepted at designated entrance gates.

We understand this fee can be frustrating for families. However, our goal is to keep tournament costs affordable while continuing to provide a quality event. This tournament offers a five-game guarantee for less than $500, which remains one of the best values in the region.

Please communicate this information to your parents in advance, as most issues arise when families are unaware of the policy.

• No open alcohol containers are permitted at any park.
• Parks reserve the right to remove spectators who violate this policy.
• One team cooler is permitted in the playing area.
• No grills are allowed.
• No dogs are allowed.

As we transition to a new tournament management system, we are asking all families to complete the waiver form below. This waiver will serve as your official roster.

If your players have already completed waivers at a previous Bash event this season, no additional action is required.

Tournament shirts are expected to sell out quickly.

We are currently hosting another event this weekend, and more than half of the available shirts have already been pre-ordered. Most tournaments sell out of shirts by noon on Saturday.

Registration numbers for this year's College Camp are currently lower than expected. If participation does not increase, we may be forced to cancel the camp and issue refunds.

I strongly encourage players to attend.

Unlike many large showcase events, this camp is designed to provide meaningful instruction and real value. Participants will work directly with college coaches who are committed to helping players improve both on and off the field.

One of the most valuable components of the camp is the question-and-answer session, where coaches share practical advice about recruiting, player development, and the path to collegiate softball.

Having coached for 10 years, I watched many players earn opportunities to compete at the next level. I also saw families spend significant amounts of money on showcase events that provided very little return. This camp was created to offer a better experience and more useful information for players and families.

The cost is $65 per player and includes a camp shirt. All proceeds from the camp go directly to the participating college coaches and their programs.
